Products and Seasonal Availability
All floral arrangements, bouquets, and related products are subject to seasonal availability. While we make every effort to replicate the images shown on our website, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value and similar style when necessary.

Order Process

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deliveries

We strive to deliver your order on the requested date and time. However, due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers may be left at the doorstep or with a neighbor, if deemed safe. Alternatively, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Deliveries to certain locations (e.g., hospitals, offices, etc.) may have specific restrictions, and we are not responsible for delays caused by these third-party locations.
Custom orders

For customized or large event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), a separate agreement may be required. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
